emanage ultimate knolege

I was presented with an emanage ultimate that i can buy for a really good price.

so i was wondering does anyone have experance with this system? and ive hard of being able to make it a stand alone. is this possable. Im gunna start google searching but figured i would ask here in case someone knows and could give me direct answers.

I do have experance with other standalones and piggy backs MS, AEM ect. but never the greddy one.
