Yes the S300 series would be better for street turbo..
This one has 1.32 AR / 84 btrim T6 flange.. Its for all out drag racing, power cruise events.. Go or blow...
There is a modified rear housing with Garrett T4 housing where .94 / 1.01 etc housings make them very streetable...

Some info on different specs..
The S400 is a large frame T6 flanged turbo with a 75mm extended tip
compressor wheel that flows 98lbs/min,or enough to support 1067HP and it
can be upgraded to 80mm wheel that can support 1300HP. It has a 84 trim
turbine wheel with a 1.32 A/R exhaust housing. There are not any other
exhaust housing that will interchange with the large frame S400 without
machining and changing the turbine wheel and bearing housing.
for 5.5L engines and up. Here is some specs on it.

has a smaller 79 trim turbine wheel and has 8 different exhaust
available it either a T4 or a T6 flange in .90, 1.00, 1.10 and 1.25
A/R's. The SX with all the different exhausts available has great
versatility and can be sized for engines from 3.0 to 7.0L just by
changing the exhaust housings. The SX model would be a good choice for
any of your applications
