Ball Joint for SC400

Does anyone know if its possible to replace the balljoints on an sc400 without replacing the whole control arm? I think mine are stiff and afraid they may break or something causing a wreck. Do I have to replace the whole arm to replace, or can I get away with just replacing the balljoint (and maybe the bushings)?

stiff balljoints = good --- the tighter the better-- a new one is almost impossible to move by hand--
