Total cost in the end:
$0 2nd Plenum (Cheers Zuffen!) for the snout
$10 2nd TB postage (Cheers Edz!)
$90 Turbo bellmouths x2 (going inside air cleaner)
$130 Oval K&N Air Cleaner plus enough K&N foam to make 3 mud covers
$32 for a slab of boonies best for tigging
$70 10mm Aluminium to make base and top plates
$30 Linkages between TBs

Total cost $362 but if you minus the air cleaner (which we always spend mega $$$ on anyway, one of the joys of offroad) it works out to $232, and you could do it without the bellmouths if you wanted and save another $90.

Just finished pics, well almost finished!

Only need to do mount for accel cable (once cable is made), mount trumpets and some bits and bobs. but its basically there.

It was good fun to make up. Thanks to all who gave advice and esp to Zuffen and Edz who's donations of parts made it cheap as well! If there's anything I can do to repay the favour let me know!

I can tell you that the power difference will be nothing, the torque difference will be nothing, but the throttle response will be better, and it will feel like it has more in the top end.

PeeWee,Yes,Id agree there..I presume this is MAP based software used here?
Its going to be as jumpy as all heck when you flick those throttles open..
