I am trying to get the engine light to turn off on a 1UZ swap. I have added a single sub O2 sensor, but it doesn't seem to want to turn off the light.

I have tried everything. I have used resistors to simulate the heater, I have used an O2 simulator, and it didn't seem to work either.

I did a quick test on my SC300, and when I turn the igition on, I get 12v to the sub ox heater terminals, but on my swapped motor, I do not ge 12v. Am I missing something?

I also noted that there could be a temp setting as well. When the engine is warm, it may not heat the O2 sensor. I tested this too. I have not tested when cold, but I did test when hot. The main O2 sensors still get 12v on the swapped 1UZ, but no 12v on the sub ox sensor.

I hope this wasn't too confusing.

I finally found the problem. For some reason I thought the ECU supplied power to the O2 heater. Instead it is a ground, DUH ME!!!!
