what engine mounts are you using/sump, and did you have to cut the crossmember in the front?

Nope, tight fit but sump sits right in front of crossmember
Side note, she is still running strong and with the help of a little N2O it has now run a best ever 13.19 @109 mph (during TX2K6 Supra Nationals) I am shooting for the 12's during Supras Invade Las Vegas later this year with the help of the intake cams I never installed, speed density conversion, and a little practice.

Awesome! This is what im trying to do myself.
Can i just ask a few quick questions about it?
Did you use the stock MA61 mounts and attach the MA61 brackets to the V8? This is how im expecting to do it come the swap.
What ECU setup are you using with the R154? This is the box im using but im told the LS400 ecu that came with my Engine is no good for a manual setup?
