I am pretty sure that I have confirmed my local dealers Service Dept. info that this transmission holds 8.8 quarts (US).
Took him over 5 minutes to provide that figure but he was most likely a service writer & not a mechanic.
I did search and saw 9 quarts as the given figure. Just wanted to confirm with the experts.
