A340F/30-40LE question for 4runner swap

I have been looking for a A340F but found a 96-99 4x4 auto but the guy says it is a 30-40LE. Are they the same transmission? If not what is the difference?

For the life of me I cannot find a post that I made about this..it is a list of all the trans ID's that mate to the auto..and the web site I got it off is down atm..see if you can search for it..I've tryed for 30 mins..LOL and can't find it..hehehe:friday:
