Lee Vining has sweet LV Market- lotso local/organic
Lower rock creek trail is a great ride- just below Toms Place- upper rock creek to the cafe for INSANE fresh pie

Rubicon, Fordyce, Hammers, Death Valley, Saline, Moonrocks- all less than 4 hours (I call it close but not close enough). Mammoth is pretty well in the middle of nowhere and everything at the same time.

Toms is great.
