95' Ls400 Suspension in a 90.

HI all,
Is the UCF20 (strut/spring/top plate) suspension setup compatible with the 1990 (UCF10/11) LS400 ? I noted a few suspension makers (JIC) seem to talk about them interchangeably.
Is that correct ?

Do u have any picture of the top plate... of the 95? I have 90 so we can match them up.
