This not a starter or ignition problem and as long as the tepm is cool and there is not a lot of sun shine the car fires up just fine.
I may have found a clue with the fuel cap, after setting in the sun all day I open the cap and released a postive pressure ( not a vacum ) from the tank. The car still did not want to start right away and when it did I noticed a very rich condition. Next day I left the cap loose all day and the car fired right up !!! So I now wonder if fuel is being forced thru the col;d start valve into the intake and causing a flooded condition??
