91 Lexus LS 400 Power Loss

My Ls 400 loses more than half power after warm up, only
occasionally. (twice a day) It can be corrected by rapidly
pressing the gas pedal or stopping and restarting the engine.
All diagnostics come up negative. Any thoughts? This occurs
at around 30-40 mph.

Sounds like one of the ignitors is acting up. Do an ignition test on the ignitors.
