Guys,

for my 3UZ engine I want to know what the "optimal" header configuration could look like (optimal flow etc. etc.)....

On the 1UZ from my brother we connected the drivers side header with the passenger side header and moved on to the turbo. This was done because we wanted to keep the AC and everything else.

Since on the 3UZ i dont need the AC we might have more space for the headers....
Now which header configuration will give the best flow and results for a single turbo ?

Does anyone have some pictures of the best header position on a V8 ?

The second pic seems just too much for a standard system but it seems to equal the flow distance from left and right side until it collects to the turbo. the only thing about the first setup i didn't like was the headders flowing to the back then having to turn back and the piping on the passenger side of the block will definatly be longer than the drivers side.
