2uzfe cometic head gasket

Hi, i am in process of rebuilding my 2uz in my tundra 2001 and would like to install a 0.040" cometic head gasket but i see it is 98mm...since the bore is 94mm and stock gasket have a bore of 95mm, I think it's a little too much... what do you think?what is the reason for only having a 98mm gasket at cometic?
