1st 2nd and 3rd gen 1uzfe shares the same exhaust flange dimensions with the 2uzfe and 3uzfe.

I originally downloaded the cad file for the header flange from this website
so now i will uploaded it.
Its a good file, you can see the quality of the results in my build thread as you have no doubt
seen.
Im sure its still on the site somewhere for downloading, but for your convenience.

For the lazy in Aussie header flanges can be purchased via Mercury Mufflers and Manta, I've beentalking to Mercury and depending when I can do without my Surf for a week or two over the counter headers/extractors for 1/2UZ Surf/Hilux/4runner may be available early 2011. Indicative cost around $750AUD
