1uzfe F100

Hi all,
I am new on this site and want to tell you about my project, but also want a few answers, if possible. I am building a 1 uz-fe with the auto box into a 1968 Ford F100.
What is a good diff ratio i can use and in the pic, where does this two ports go to?

Top port goes to the intake and lower goes to the throttle body. Top is air bottom is fluid.
