1uz r154 release bearing issues

hi am new to lextreme.am having issues getting my r154 to work.
i am using an exedy clutch tyk7332 hdb which is apparently for a non turbo jza80 comes with a 426 release bearing. i have an a1 turbos bellhousing and flywheel bolted on aswell.. The problem is the release bearing falls off the shaft before engaging the clutch and then the fork gets loose falls off and its box out again! i had a quick measure up and it seems like the bearing i would need aalmost needs to be twice as long. I wonder if bellhousing is to long-it comes to exactly same length as the end of gearbox shaft.

I have a custom release bearing carrier which is designed to fix the problem. The old 3S-gte flywheels result in the same problem. We are also part way through developing a bolt in internal hydralic release bearing unit as well. Cheers

On both my cars with r154 I have welded a piece of tubing to the shaft, to make it the perfect length. No problem at all. Just grind it smooth on the outside afterwards.
