1FZ-FE Swap

Anyone ever seen a 1FZ-FE swap into a Supra? It has iron block and timing chain. A very strong engine for FI and lots of room to work on. Its heavy and long... perhaps weight distribution is not the best.

I have read this few years ago. 4.5L inline six... I think with good head and valvetrain this motor can make good hp and massive torque. I think swapping this engine into a SC or a Supra will be very nice.

It's pretty tall isn't it? There was another gent looking at the GM Vortec 4200 and I think he had the same issue.

It should fit under the hood. Its like a 3.0 2JZGE/GTE stroker.

Hmmm... let's see now. Thor Racing adapter for the R154 hooked up to the A343F bellhousing for the 1FZ. If you could find a flywheel, you'd be in business...
