Hi All
Do you need the brake switch 12v feed connected in to the ECU on the A 19 green / white cable.
It looks like its a 12v feed to the ECU when the brakes are applied, it also looks like it is spliced into the feed to the brake lights as well.
There are two other wires on the brake switch what are these for

Only if you're using the Lexus auto transmission.

Yes I am so I will need to connect it, engine running but not ready to drive it as yet, do you know what the other 2 wires are for on the brake switch.

Found they are for the back-up brake lights.
