Blowby and "leakdown tests" are completely different. No engine will EVER have zero blowby, I don't care how new it is. Blowby measures the volumetric flowrate past the rings into the crankcase. Sure this is similar to a leakdown test, but I generally don't care how well my cylinders are sealed...
