Head Warped

Today I measured the mating surface deck of my cylinder heads and I found out that one head is 0.05" warped and the other is 0.06" warped. My question is how will resurfacing the heads effect timing? How about a thicker gasket like the one offered by lextreme/Cometic that is 0.074"?

you could grind the head and then compensate for the lost space with a thicker gasket. only about .010 get cut off. the timing wont be affected.
