Okay digging up old threads here because I am currently researching transmissions.
Since we know that the Toyota Supra 6speed (V160/161) is bloody hard and can take WELL above what Getrag rated it too, even though the BMW 850 6speed (S6S-560G) is of totally different design, what is the likelyhood that this gear box was completely overengineered like the Supra box and thus can also take WAAAAY more than what Getrag also rated it too (bearing in mind Getrag rated it 'higher' than the Supra box)?
