I can do 2 TURKEYS at once and I can do 2 FISH.

If you haven't already go get your self some universal metal bracket stuff from home depot. IE the stuff thats L shaped & has holes about 1 every inch. I used that to make a stand, then some wire to make a ton of hooks so I could hang parts so there were no areas where they were touching something when cooked (but the metal would still conduct so you can just ground the rack and powder coat the whole thing).

Most of the powders recomend 375-400, the only thing I've seen that recomends 500 is some of the high temp ceramic paint coatings. Any normal oven should do, I'm even able to squeze 16" wheels into mine (just barely)
