Yep Ideas enough, draw up in cad and CNC from solid.
But I need to figure out the intake for the manifold first before I an decide to make the intercoolers 2 by 2 or all 4 in one box. I have got very little room, but have decided not to use the valley mounted starter motor, so that frees up a lot of "hopefully" usefull space.
Ideally for home brew systems you need to have 39.7mm ID alloy tube, which nobody seems to make, If you find any please feel free to share, that would be the key to very cheap IC housings for laminova cores.
40 would work but wouldn't aid efficiency Laminova told me you would loose about 32% efficiency if the ID is bigger than +0.4mm than the core diameter of 39.5. so Ideally to keep laminar flow it should be 39.7
I'm in contact with a tube manufacturer in the UK who maybe can pull this off in small numbers, even with the 15mm lengthwise slots allready in.
end caps can be figured out quite easily and sealed with cheap O-rings the rest can be either soldered or welded together.
