Warning on ADR Wheels

Guys,

I stopped by my friend's shop and noticed these ADR Sterlin 20" rims. One of them was cracked completely along the rim. He driver stated that he went over a little bump and the whole thing exposed.

I seriously doubt he hit a little bump. He is most likely dumbing down his story or he got one messed up wheel from the factory. My friend took mine over a CURB going 15-20 mph twice and not even a dent, AND i have 35 series tires. something gives...

Ive never even seen a wheel do that now that i think about it... any story behind it when the wheel broke and he was driving?

takes more than a little bump to do that kinda damage...

the pressure would be required on the INSIDE of the rim to break it like that...i'm thinking really bad offset and BFO kerb.
