Hi guys, Does anyone have one of these lying in the pile of un-needed 1UZ parts?

The thread stripped while I was trying to undo the bleed plug (or whatever it's called).

I'm in Auckland, New Zealand if that makes any difference.

try using a helicoil.

Thought I might get it drilled and tapped to a larger size, but that's proving to be much harder than it sounds!

helicoil. helicoil. helicoil.
it's not that hard. If you don't know how to helicoil, take it to your favorite local machinist, and they will without a doubt be able to do it for you.
