Vvti Throttle lock

Not shere where to post this.
I have a 98 vvti out of a ls400. Running the standerd ecu.
looking to know if there is away to get batter throttle response on it.
was looking at a throttle lock for it but not shere if it work with the standerd ecu.

I have some on the way. The 3uz stock ecu will not operate with a manual throttle and I suspect the 1uz will be the same but Ill do some testing to confirm.

Was going to see if my can make a lock peace for the throttle body my self to try. Don’t think it will work but it might
