Hi there,

I am new here altough i have been reading on this forum for quite some time now. In the future i want to get a blowen V8 and that is the reason i am getting in here.

I need friends overseas that have acces to the parts because here in the Netherlands things are bad if you are in need for LS400 parts.

I hope to learn a lot here ..

Hi there, im getting my parts from the UK.
LS and GS Parts are pretty cheap there and you wont have to pay import taxes ;-)

Not LS400 but Soarers came with 1UZ engines too....

My fellow Lexus glifders,

I am confused wich parts are the same and are we talking solo the engine parts ?

For example i followed the Lextreme tip and typed in the oil pump number but every website is confused when i hit that number. My toyota dealer freaked out and came with a Tacoma or tundra pump @ 378Euro !
At the end i got the pump and i didn't had to do anything to it according to Lextreme i should grind some aluminium away. The pump i got was even cheaper then de pump Lextreme shows. It was an Aisin pump brandnew from Rockauto.

So what parts are interchangeble ?

The Soarer Sanctuary is like heaven , if i took my surfboard i could peddle over the channel to get there.

But hell no i have to take the tunnel or boat to get into England.
But it would be fun visiting them for a weekend and cruise the landscape.

There are almost no Soarers in the Netherlands.....

Another 14 minuten holy crap Eaton my prodical son come to Daddy !!

1989-1992 Thunderbird sc Eaton M90 supercharger. This unit was pulled off a 1990 Thunderbird SC with 107k. It was working when pulled off vehicle. The unit comes with Plenum attachment and front pulley. The rotors look nice and clean and housing in good shape. Seems like it has a little play in bearing which can be expected because of age. I drained the fluid out of it for transportation. You will need to add fresh after mounting.

i bought 2 second hand cilinder heads UFZE so i can start doing a headswap instead of an engine swap. I choose for a headswap because i need te be certain al the oil channels are as good as new, due to the black sludge war i must rule things out.
The heads are coming in from the UK Soarer Sanctuary many thanks to Smiffie the man cave leader ....and need to be revised then the valves need to adjusted. Then i will swap heads on the LS and see what is gives me ...
If the ticking is gone i am satisfeid if not it is in the transmission.
I will get my spare transmission and a trainee to teach me how to overhaul my tranny.
then i will swap the trannies ...

That Eaton was a piece of ***** i claimed my maoney back via PayPal.
Thick deep grooves in the outhousing en the rotoers were not smooth any more.
It was a rip off ....
