Sorry if its a completely retarded question, but is it possible for fuel management? I believe the only difference in fuel management between the two cars are MAF sensors - everything else should be the same? So if I were to swap out MAF and ECU, would that work? Do both engines use the same fuel maps?

The wiring harness and body chassis harnesses are different. Both plug into the ECU. It's not worth the effort.
