ucf10 wont start

ok i have just purchased a ls400 ucf10.

the guy had it running but faulty starter and he replaced this. \
once changed it now will not start and wont crank even from key.

i have found if i bridge the starter relay i can get it to crank. but it wont start.
do we have a known problem etc?? have changed relays/check all fuses etc....

thinking about taking out immobiliser and trying again.

any help would be appreciated.

I recently had this issue, and eventually found a blown fuse for the START circuit above the drivers feet. May not be the same for you.
This was the cranking issue.

For the starting issue it may be fouled plugs, but I'd start by checking for spark, fuel, etc.

ok its a ucf11 btw my bad.
i have checked all fuses and relays.
if i bridge the starter relay i have it cranking and i still have no spark from the plugs.
the coil is getting power though.
i have removed the autowatch immobiliser and had a sparky mate out who went over most normal things and cant figure it out either.

i have started pulling the intake mani off again and hoping to find broken wire etc....
it used to run fine just dodgy starter motor so the bloke changed the starter and once installed it wont start.

im hoping im going to find something simple under this mani or with the rear harness....

when turning key to start im not getting a signal to the start relay so it has to be a signal side. i have all power after ign barrel just nothings going to the relay or cranking it over.

i have had a look for the neutral start switch but only see one small sensor on side of box so gather the bitch is up higher...

im playing for a week and if it dont run its copping a 9" grinder and being stripped grrrr

any help would be excellent

do these have a factory theft ecu or system or what??

ok is there a way to get around the inhibitor switch or does people have wiring diagram for the ign side from ign barrel to starter etc??
