Toyota 6 speed gearbox

Hi All,
Seen this for sale, they say it is a Lexus 6 speed, I don't know anything about toyota gearboxes, anybody know if this will fit a 1UZ with a convertion.

The only RWD Lexus 6-speed is from the Lexus IS. It's called a J160 and it's shared with cars like the S15 Silvia/200SX, Maxda MX5/Miata. I wouldn't recommend putting it in front of a UZ. The torque rating on them isn't that high, and given no one has done it, you'd be pioneering the conversion.
