Tail lights are out Brake lights work

I checked under the hood and there is no taillight fuse, is there one?both taillights are out so are the parking lights in the front.. has to be a fuse or relay somewhere?

So the bulbs are good but no light? Most likely it would the fuse if both of the lights are bad...

Where is that located, i check under the hood only saw headlight fuses... Is there a fuse box inside, i checked under the steering wheel no luck.

I found fuse box under the carpet behind brake petal but it doesn't have the cover to say what fuse is what.. do u kno which one is tail light fuse or relay
