What do you do with the idle speed control & cold start injector? My thoughts are junk them. I'm not running aircon. I am running the standard ECU and I’m not sure it will like them not being there.

Also the small line that comes off the top of the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail, does this go to the inlet or the outlet side of the supercharger? My thoughts are that it should see manifold pressure and so increase fuel pressure by the same amount.
 
I assume you are talking about the root style supercharger. I think few guys in this forum relocated the ISC and left the CSI at it original position. Deleting them might have idle issue. I hate my ISC and been wanting to delete it. However, many warned me not to. I think the same line on top of the fuel pressure is the vacuum line. Otherwise do u have any picture of it? Thanks for your help Brett I regard you as my cobra research and development consultant.

I would still like to get rid of the ISC while retaining the standard ECU if anybody has any ideas on how this could be done or tricked I would like to try it.
