Spitronics systems

Hi all,
Forgive my ignorance, was gifted an 70 series Prado SX with an lexus 1uz engine and there is 2 spitronics ECU fitted:
Venus ecu and a Neptune ECU, what is the functions, the car runs fine, but it seems to have irregular idling when in gear as if it is hunting for fuel.
I have no knowledge of the systems.

Venus is the engine control module
Neptune is the transmission control module

Sounds like it needs a tune or has a problem.
Spitronics are a South African - I'm sure if you call or email them, they can recommend a reseller/tuner in your area.
