SC400 Radiator replacement

Guys, looking for ideas on this one...Anybody with a SC400 has the radiator with the separate fill reservoir with radiator cap and level indicator sensor. I am replacing the radiator with a Koyo, and will no longer be using the OEM reservoir. That is not a problem, as the Koyo has its own radiator cap. My only concern is the level indicator will no longer be used, but will probably throw the level indicator light on in the dash. I know I can pull the bulb, but does anybody have any other ideas to keep the sensor from coming on?

test the sensor with a multimeter. i think "ok" is a short circuit and "boned" is an open circuit. if you don't want to empty your fluid to test it, you can unscrew the sensor from the top of the reservoir.
