SC400 bumper swap

Does anyone know whats involved in swapping a 92' style
front bumper cover to a '97 -'98 style?

should be nothing more than like if you were to put on another 92' style. The 97+ is a direct bolt on.

im not sure if you would need to replace the alloy absorber...? Why would you need to?
