radio repair? 1992 sc400

Hey, i opened up my pioneer radio to replace lights inside it, peeled open the front of it, and noticed a ribbon obstructing me from opening it any further. I reassembled it, and now the lcd doesn't light up, and only one speaker in the front left of the car works?!?
Does anyone have a clue what i'm talking about and how to repair it, or suggest someone who can repair it?
any help appreciated.
