Quick Question about swap.

Ok I know this question has been asked a lot of times, but I'm in a hurry, heading out to work. Ok the question is, I'm debating if I should turbo my 2jz-ge or go with the 1jz (soarer) motor swap. What hp and 1/4 time difference would I be looking at with each swap? The problem is my sc300 has 190k miles so I'll need to rebuild motor, vs This company is selling me the 1jz motor for only $500.

I've also thought about using the 1jz head for my sc300 block. If anyone could help me out i would appreciate any input.
