POWER WINDOW PROBLEM.

I have a problem with the rear passenger window which will not roll down or up, it wll not work on either switch and all i get is a click from the motor or relay if there is one in the door. The motor has been changed as has the switch. Any help wil be greatly accepted.

Well, there is motor that attaches to a cord and that cord pulls the window up and down...Actuator I believe it is called.. If you get motor noise that means you have power and probably that cord snapped is my best guess... That is common problem when the car is older...

That happen to my window on my Lexus.. I suggest opening your door up carefully, remove the door panelling and check it out...
