Parts for your Eaton

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
Why don't you look at "chemical" intercooling, ie methanol injection, pre-supercharger?

John

I don't think those cooling methods would be practical for a street car would they? I don't know to much about them but I was under the impression that they were more for race cars that don't live on the road much if at all.

Check out www.snowperformance.net. I'm not a salesman for them, nor have I used the product yet, but it comes highly recommended, and I'm planning on using it for my 1UZ project (Eaton M112). There are lots of other MW injection systems around, and probably some closer to where you live. Supra owners that use these systems seem to be well satisfied, although most that I know use them in conjunction with a big FMIC to further enhance the performance of the FMIC.

I have used them. I would not get it from them. Nothing personal or anything like that but they use plastic container with glue sealing the fluids and they use push in hose and locks. They quality is below average. I think the best unit is to build it yourself with AN fittings and SS braided lines and use Jazz fuel tank. Cost a little more but you can sleep better.

I got one from them two years ago and i change out all the lines and container. Basically i replaced everything.

The only i like about their product is the nozzle. They pressure switch sucks bad and if you wash your engine, it will go bad. Hobble (spelling) is a better product.

Good to know that David, I'd not heard anything bad about them before this.

There's also a Supra owner who builds these systems and they've been popular with the Supra crowd. The only caveat is that he's sometimes slow to respond to emails, and he builds them in batches, so delivery can be real slow to real fast depending on when you catch him. www.derekdevises.com

I think with little research and about the same amount of money you can make a nice "SAFE" kit. The reason i changed out all the parts was because i didnt felt it was safe to run flammable fluilds with plastic push in tubes which you can get from Home Depot. I also noticed the fluid tank was leaking slightly from the glue coming off. I think the pump and nozzle are good go get from them. Otherwise, use qaulity parts for safety sake. You can get all great parts here http://www.mcmaster.com/

Hehehe, I think I've got more parts from McMasters on my car than from Toyota. They sell some nice SS fasteners that give a dressy touch to the engine bay.

For the MW injection nozzles, where did you source those?

John

I think Snow have the nice nozzle and they have different sizes. I would get the nozzle and pump from snow. Connection with AN and SS braided lines (4 -AN) and Napa Auto have a high qaulity pressure sensor. Remember to get one with AO (always open) Jazz have some nice junior dragster fuel tanks. I have one that is 1.5 qt and fit nicely under the hood.

Gday men;I was playing with the idea of putting a 6/71 on my 4.0,but since hav changed my mind and decided to go 112,for now instead, this is only a budget build thing at moment but will give it a push to see how far we can go before BANG,its only a burnout/drag car so we'll see how it goes.Just need good m112,anyone help,us seems the go.
