So does this mean you can reset odometer and change mileage to anything you want using the the OBDII outlet ?

Here's a cheaper one... This is all new to me... until yesterday i didn't know devices like this existed.... So that means anybody can change odometer numbers, easily, without even having to take the speedo out..
