OBX ITB - Anybody use these?

I found this ITB set-up on e-Bay (below) . . . and I'm sure all of you have seen them. Anybody out there actually use them? Could you build a box on these and use it in a turbo/supercharged configuration? Are the runners sufficiently large (and thick) for ported heads? Flow numbers?

I was just wondering . . . there is a lot of talk on this site about the standard lower manifold runners restricting airflow above 5000rpm . . . . and thought these might flow more. It looks like a couple of members purchased this set-up, but no accounts of the quality or performance. There are a couple of YouTube clips of these in anger . . . but no detail.
