I herd these guys advertising on the radio.
They provide a link to free CAD software to design whatever you want and you email them the design, get a quote and if you want the item, they ship it out to you.

I have used this method for some steel components in the past and it is the way to go.

Alloy components I have had cut with high pressure water in Brisbane but I can't remember the company. It was so accurate I could tap the holes without even running a drill through them. The edge surface finnish was like a mirror.
