IPOD hookup?

I know this thread probably belongs on the CL or other trivial forums but curiousity got the best of me...Are any of you guys frusterated with your IPod's, Mp4, and 3 players not being hard wired up to your car stereo's?...

They so need to make a hard wire dock station for the Ipods....

The am/fm transmitters and tape deck connectors just don't cut it....Although from my experience the Belkin AM/FM transmitters seems to be the best choice for last result hookups...However you still get static at times and your pumping the music thru the radio function how good can that be?

It sure would be nice to dump all my CD's and bulky changers and strickly use a Ipod Nano hard wire connection full time...

Question? - Anybody no of some hardwired dock deck stations or alternative Ipod connecting decks that rock?:Eyecrazy: Something that may work best with the SC's?...

Well if you want to get crazy, you can install a Carputer like myself =)

I'm not that crazy.... Looking for a simpy solution, will probably look to replace the stock Lexus Nak head unit for Ipod friendly one...
