Is a sc400 ready for nos? I mean, usually you need to prepare a car for nos without blowing the engine... right? I'm just worried that if i set up some nos in my car i can end up with some serious mechanical problems...

Ebay- Exhaust, exhaust, exhaust.... Mufflers, cat, headers. If you can a Torque Converter upgrade works absolute wonders for the sc400... Checkout this website for ideas on performance upgrades at intellexual.net that is where it all started for me..
To answer your question about nos, you will need a high flowing walbro electric fuel pump, and cooler running spark plugs to handle a 100hp or more nos shot... That is what I have been using for over a year...It's been great on my stock motor...no problems to report....
