GS 300-400 on ls400?

Will 16" GS wheels fit ls400 (94)? If so, any issues?

They should fit.... all the lexus lug patterns are the same. I think the offset will differ but since the LS can take 10'' wide x 20'' rims i'd say you'll be fine.
