The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
Depends, you can kill one with a 21R-C, or you can have one last for ages on a twin turbo 1UZ.

There are too many factors.

Slicks will kill one pretty quickly.
Solid centre clutches will kill one pretty quickly.
Clutch dumps/flat shifting will kill one pretty quickly.

The W58 lifespan is limited to how you treat it.

If you plan to boost the 1UZ, and you haven't bought any parts yet (bellhousing, flywheel, etc), then jsut get an R154 as a minimum.
If you already have the gear on the car, and are adding boost, then its probably worst destroying a couple of W5x's before upgrading.

My brother broke his multiple times, was in a HQ 1 tonner with a 308 pushing around 300rwhp. I've read that a bearing upgrade will help them stand up to a few more horses, how much this helps, I don't know.

Upgrading the front layshaft bearing to a needle roller bearing will help for sure as the main fault is the layshaft driving forward under torque until it smashed the front roller bearing...once it gets out of alignment the 2 shafts then rapidly cheap each other to pieces. The needle roller can take bigger thrusts loads so helps prevent this.

Throw enough torque at it though and you'll just plain break gears.

A W58 survived for a while behind my TTUZ when it was down at 265rwkw but still destroyed it with a howling 2nd gear power slide....what can i say i was a bit cranky. Was after a full day of circuit racing though so they are far from weak.
