Fuel system questions

Hi all, finally getting started on my tt 1uz hg ute project and need some advice on the fuel system setup.
I plan to run a custom alloy tank under the floor of the tray and a gravity feed surge tank. I will be running twin turbo (most likely two kkr330) and also a 100-150hp NOS fogger.
I am aiming for about 450tthp plus 150noshp.
so my questions are:

1. will the gravity feed work well enough assuming the tank is correctly baffled and the feed hose is large enough or will i need a low pressure/high flow feed pump as well?

2. I am planning to use one full time pump (a vl turbo pump?) then use another pump (rated at about 200hp+ and turned on by the arming switch) for the nos. Will this work well enough or is is better to just use one big pump (ie 650hp+) the whole time?

3. Are there any other better options?

I will have heaps more questions over the next few months

2 - At 530bhp flywheel you will need 252 ltrs/hour, VL turbo pumps Bosch no 0 580 464 070 is rated at 130 l/hr at 3 bar pressure, Bosch no 0 580 254 911 is 95 l/hr at 4 Bar.
Bosch B 261 205 413 is rated at 200 l/hr at 8 bar pressure.

how about 2 'VL turbo pumps Bosch no 0 580 464 070 rated at 130 l/hr at 3 bar pressure' running together?

so i also need a surge tank supply pump rated to at least 250l/hr (depending where i plumb the return line to)?

what size fuel lines - 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch?
