Fuel Pressure

Can any one tell me what pressure the injectors for the 1uz need ???
want to find out so i know what in-tank fuel pump i can use in the EH.....
i read the post about the fuel pump ECU im not sure if i 100% need this or not ?

I think its about 38 psi

Fuel Pump ECU is only for UZZ3x motors.
Crowns and LS400 motors use a relay instead.

Fuel pressure is 290kPa or 2.9bar or ~43psi (with the FPR disconnected)
Not sure how much it drops by at idle.


38psi was for older Toyota's Lex (pre 1988.)

The Crown and LS use a parge resistor to drop the voltage.

Most people who wire them proffessionally appear to let the pump run at full load all the time.

Mine runs at full speed all the time as my resistor is dead. I can't hear the pump over the lift pump or the transmission whine in my car so I don't care.
