French Anyone?

Hey Gang,

I was doing a search on google and i type lextreme and thousands of listings. Most about this site and about 30% of the listings are dedicated for porn sites. Seems like all those porn sites are in French. Anyone speak French and tell me what lextreme mean?

guess by making it extreme at the ends has been done in that industry also.
